Well, you see Snoitpo, how to say... certain things require certain level of intelligence to understand them.

I'll put it for you simple- when the funny little thingy says "doogy doogy doo" and turns its big head it might be considered a very funny situation as well as within certain circumstances it might have ironical or even sarcastic meaning. And when used in combination with another objects- possibilities are literally endless.
